This week, Krafty Girl Delphine is your hostess and her challenge theme for you is: 

WINTER!

Thoughts of Winter always include Christmas so I created this card for the challenge!

I Copic coloured one of the images from North Pole Helpers and popped it up with foam adhesive over a Lunar Paste, Frozen Fractals stencil and Originals Ovals stencil background.

The sentiment is from the Perfect Poinsettias stamp and inked with Kraftin' Kimmie Wicked Black Ink. Crystal Stickles and some Spellbinders Silver Mix Essential Gems add some sparkle and shine to complete the card!

Each and every Saturday we post a brand new challenge for the week and you are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

Altenew Educators Secret Card Recipe Blog Hop and Linky Party + Giveaway!

 

Hello! 

Welcome here from Rachael Shedeed's blog, the hop begins at the Altenew Card Blog.

Do you ever need to whip up a card in a hurry? Following a recipe makes it easy to pull something lovely together in a pinch!

Here's my Secret Card Recipe:

1. Choose a 6x6 paper

2. Die cut a neutral card stock with a cover die

3. Layer die cut over patterned paper

4. Die cut sentiment and pop it up with foam adhesive

I created a masculine version and and feminine version by varying my paper choices. 

The masculine version features paper from the Poured Acrylic 6x6 paper pad while the feminine version features paper from the Blushing Blooms 6x6 paper pack.

The white and black card stock is die cut with the Leaf Frame Cover Die and the sentiment is cut with the Essential Sentiment Strips Die. 

These two cards came together in under 30 minutes once I chose all the supplies. I inlaid patterned paper within the centre of the frame as well to add a little more interest to the card.

Today we are celebrating all the new fabulous goodies in our October Release that are NOW available in the

I've created an elegant card with this whimsical set stamping the image on pearlescent gold cardstock with Kraftin' Kimmie Mossy Meadow hybrid ink, then covered with clear embossing powder and heat set.

I used a Copic marker to colour in the red areas and then went over the "snow" areas and in between the red stripes with a clear glitter pen.

The sentiment and background paper are from the Add-On bundle.

This amazing Christmas stamp set features two sweet helper elves, fun shops and accessories - and it coordinates with the Santa's Village set released last month!!

This is a great set to build a scene with and layered these Copic coloured fussy cut images over the card front I die cut the circle from for the Day One Krafty Peeks project. 

It's hard to tell from the photo but I used glitter cardstock from a previously released add-on bundle for snow hills behind the die cut area.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps October Krafty Peeks Day Two! Pawsome Holiday!

      Welcome back to Day TWO of our October Krafty Peeks!

This adorable set features a super cute puppy tree, accessories and so many 'pawsome' sentiments!!

These cuties are super easy to colour and I used Copic markers. 

It's hard to see in the photo but I added Crystal Stickles to the white areas of the hats. The background is created with the Mama Elephant Into the Woods die set.
